We specialize in thermoplastics that are fully recyclable, including rigid PVC, ABS, soft PVC in all hardness grades, ASA / Luran S, PE, and transparent PVC - available as virgin material or regranulate.

 

All raw materials we use are REACH and RoHS compliant, and can be processed

in either granulate or powder form.

The essential components of all plastics are organic compounds, which are either synthetically produced or formed during the conversion of natural products such as crude oil or natural gas. The addition of mineral salts creates a wide variety of properties and processing possibilities. For example, the production of high-quality plastic profiles through extrusion.

Plastic profiles are resistant to chemicals and, due to their chemical bonds, are far less susceptible to corrosion than metal. They are highly resistant to acids, bases, and aqueous solutions.

Plastics have low conductivity and insulate electrical current. Hollow-chamber profiles with their air chambers provide insulation against cold and heat while being lightweight. Furthermore, thanks to certain additives, they are now almost permanently UV-resistant.

Plastic is highly recyclable and can be reprocessed many times as ground material or re-granulate without losing its positive properties.

Recycling plastics requires extensive know-how and experience to ensure high quality and process reliability. We have been committed to this for decades.

PVC
PVC - Versatile, durable and sustainable
  • PVC - Polyvinyl chloride - according to DIN 4102 B1

  • Rigid PVC is tough, flame-retardant and temperature-resistant from 0 to +70 °C (with additives down to -40 °C).

  • Easy to machine – suitable for painting and available in a wide range of colors.

  • High recyclability: multiple recycling without loss of quality, especially for window profiles.

  • Soft PVC for flexible applications: ideal for seals and piping due to its elastic properties.

ABS
ABS - impact-resistant, dimensionally stable and versatile
  • ABS – Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene – according to DIN 16772

  • Amorphous, mostly no longer transparent thermoplastics as polymerization mixtures or copolymers.

  • They have good mechanical properties and good impact strength.

  • The result is a very low electrostatic charge with very good charging properties.

  • ABS plastics can be used at temperatures from - 45 °C to + 110 °C.

  • ABS is mixed with PC or PVC to obtain special properties

PE
PE - Chemical resistant, flexible and durable
  • PE – Polyethylene – according to DIN 16776

  • Polyethylene is divided into different groups. Linear PE-HD (high-density PE) is characterized by high strength. Branched PE-LD (lower density) has lower strength but higher toughness.

  • Ultra-high molecular weight PE (PE-UHMW) with high strength and very good sliding properties can only be machined.

  • All varieties have good electrical insulation properties and are very chemically resistant.

  • Polyethylene is used in temperature ranges from -50 °C to +80 °C. LDPE can be used up to +100 °C.

ASA
ASA - Chemical resistant, flexible and durable
  • ASA (acrylonitrile styrene acrylate) according to DIN EN ISO 19069-1

  • ASA is an amorphous, thermoplastic material with a similar structure to ABS, but with significantly improved weather and UV resistance.

  • Outdoor use: Specially developed for outdoor applications – permanently color and gloss stable even under strong sunlight.

  • Good impact strength, high dimensional stability and resistance to deformation over a wide temperature range.

  • Chemical resistance: Resistant to water, many chemicals and cleaning agents.

  • Highly extrudable and injection-moldable; can be coextruded with other plastics or used as a top layer.

LURAN S
LURAN S - Resistant in all weather conditions
  • Material type: Luran S is a modified ASA (acrylonitrile styrene acrylate) with high weather and UV resistance.

  • Ideal for outdoor applications such as construction, automotive, and leisure industries.

  • Mechanical properties: Good impact strength even at low temperatures, combined with high dimensional stability.

  • Color fastness & surface appearance: Very good color stability under permanent weathering, can be realized with a glossy or matt surface.

  • Can be easily combined with other plastics (e.g. co-extrusion).

As a plastics processing company, we bear responsibility for the environment and resource conservation.

That's why we rely on an efficient recycling concept: Production residues and returns from plastic profiles are collected separately, processed and fed back into the extrusion process - without any significant loss of quality.

 

This way, recycled material is transformed into fully-fledged new products that meet the highest technical requirements. Especially with materials like rigid PVC, we achieve not only ecological benefits but also economic efficiency – in keeping with the spirit of a sustainable circular economy.

COLOR MIXING

Our in-house color mixing facility enables us to produce plastic profiles precisely according to our customers' individual color and design specifications.

 

Using state-of-the-art dosing and mixing technology, we produce customized color masterbatches directly on-site – quickly, flexibly, and with the highest level of reproducibility.

Whether RAL, NCS, or special colors or coordinated effects such as metallic, pearlescent, or matte finishes – we guarantee consistent color results across long series. Thanks to our close integration with our extrusion lines, color adjustments can be implemented efficiently and short delivery times can be achieved.

 

Our color mixing facility not only contributes to design diversity, but also to functionality: UV-stable, heat-resistant, or antistatic additives can be specifically integrated to meet the specific requirements of a wide range of applications.
